Garden Route
Day 1: Cape Town ➡️ Oudtshoorn
Depart Cape Town via R62. Stop at Worcester for refreshment, then Robertson for wine tasting 🍷. Lunch at Country Pumpkin. Final stop at Calitzdorp for more wine tasting. Arrive in Oudtshoorn and check in at the hotel.
Day 2: Oudtshoorn ➡️ Knysna
Depart at 08:15. Visit Cango Caves (09:00 - 10:00), then ostrich farm for a tour and lunch. Continue via Outeniqua Pass with photo stop. Drive through George and Wilderness, arrive in Knysna and check in at the hotel.
Day 3: Knysna Lagoon & Heads
Take a boat to the Knysna Heads, enjoy lunch and a hike. Return in the afternoon. Free time at Knysna Waterfront and dinner there. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Knysna ➡️ Storms River
Depart to Storms River National Park. Walk the swing bridge, lunch in the park. Visit the Big Tree and explore Storms River Village — optional ziplining or quad biking. Check in at Storms River Hotel.
Day 5: Storms River ➡️ Plettenberg Bay
Visit Khoisan village (optional bungee jumping), then Elephant Park, Lion Park, and Monkeyland. Arrive and check in at Plettenberg Bay hotel.
Day 6: Seal Swim & Whale Watching 🐋
Swim with seals and take a whale-watching boat trip. Lunch after the tour. Drive to Mossel Bay for overnight stay. Check in at hotel.
Day 7: Return to Cape Town
Drive via N2. Stop at Aloe Factory and explore Swellendam (30 min walk). Light meals at the pie factory in Riviersonderend. Photo stop at Sir Lowry’s Pass. Arrive in Cape Town and check in.
